SoloDesk is built to need as little of your data as possible. The tools run in your browser, and the numbers you type into them are not sent to us or to anyone else.

What the tools do with your data

Every calculator and generator on this site runs entirely on your own device, as client-side JavaScript. When you fill in an invoice, a rate, or a tax figure, that information stays in your browser and is never uploaded to a server. Downloading a PDF also happens locally, through your browser's own print function.

Local storage

Some tools offer to remember your own details, such as your business name on the invoice generator, so you don't have to retype them. If you choose that, the data is saved only in your browser's local storage on that device. It is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. We never store client details or amounts.

Analytics

We may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to count visits and see which pages people find useful. If we do, it is set up to avoid tracking you personally and to collect as little data as possible. It does not sell your data. If cookies are ever used for this, you will be told, and asked for consent where the law requires it.

Advertising and affiliate links

This site may show ads or contain affiliate links in future. Third-party ad providers may use cookies to show relevant ads, and you can usually control this in your browser or in the provider's settings. See our affiliate disclosure for how affiliate links work.

Your rights

Because we don't collect personal information through the tools, there is usually nothing for us to hold, correct, or delete on our side. If you have a privacy question, contact us at the address shown on the site.

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
